Furst Castle, Sunland Blvd. For “Hey Ladies,” the first music video off of Paul’s Boutique, Beastie Boys brought in the director Adam Bernstein because they liked the clips he had done.

This list will account for most of the known musical samples included on the Beastie Boys' masterpiece. I think it's my second favorite Beastie Boys record behind "Paul's Boutique," (I know Licensed to Ill is a classic and all - and "Paul Revere" is my favorite Beastie Boys song ever - but its old-school minimalism can make for an occasionally tedious listen for someone like myself who grew up in the Nineties) and indeed this was a major success.
